that everyone else (USPS, DHL, UPS) all suck compared to Fed Ex. I am semi bias but i have a buddy that works for UPS and the people there will rip open packages they know have things they want (DVD's, tickets, etc) and take them. DHL well they were a joke and not around anymore. Post office is just as much of a joke as DHL and guess what soon mail will only come 5 days a week cause they are dying right now. I am on the inside of Fed Ex Express and we do everything to go above an beyond. From address corrections, zip corrections, fixing a package that isnt wrapped well to begin with, stack them tightly to prevent shifting and boxes from falling on one another. You can say im bias but I am proud to work for them just believe me or not Express is the best and of course mistakes happen but A LOT less with express.
